Janice Rahm is an Operating Partner of InTandem Capital. Janice leverages her years of operating experience and knowledge of high-performing organizations to assist InTandem’s portfolio companies with achieving aggressive growth objectives. Her knowledge of the many facets of business and market forces, coupled with her exceptional problem-solving skills and creativity, allows her to provide solutions and recommendations that are instrumental to increasing the profitability and efficiency of InTandem’s portfolio companies. Janice partners with CEO’s and their leadership teams to ensure they are poised to meet and exceed their revenue targets.  Where needed, she augments InTandem’s portfolio companies’ executive leadership teams.  Janice inspires teams to perform at their highest levels in complex and demanding environments.  She also leads the development of scalable demand generation teams, working with portfolio companies to create the marketing, sales, and product and service innovation components of acquisition and de novo playbooks.  Janice advises InTandem’s portfolio companies to ensure they have a clearly defined brand strategy, as well as a detailed rebranding plan for add-on acquisitions.

Prior to joining InTandem, Janice was President of HealthMine [formerly SeeChange Health], a private equity-backed company that provides value-based benefit plans, administrative services, and supporting technologies to employers, insurers, and third-party administrators. Over a twenty-year career, Ms. Rahm is a proven innovator in product development and marketing for healthcare services companies. At Prodigy Health Group, her creative product designs allowed the company to establish early leadership in the then-nascent health and wellness arena. Ms. Rahm has been one of the industry’s innovation leaders having served as a co-founder and Senior Vice President, Operations & Systems Development at Definity Health, which was a pioneer in consumer-directed health plans and successfully sold to UnitedHealthcare in 2004. Previously she was also a founding partner of a consultancy specializing in Consumer-Directed health care, and more broadly, the emerging role of consumers in health care.

Janice serves on the Board for i.WILL “Inspiring Women Igniting Leadership & Learning”, a forum for women from all industries and all professional levels to network, inspire, learn from each other, and invest in advancing women in the workplace. She holds a BA degree in Marketing and Communications from Augsburg College.
