Amy Wilson joins InTandem as an Operating Partner. She brings experience in Financial Planning and Analysis from her work with private and publicly traded healthcare companies. Amy has deep experience building analytical rigor at rapidly growing companies and managing the company-side due diligence process for investments by both private equity and strategic investors. Prior to InTandem, Amy was SVP, Corporate Finance at Cano Health. Previously, she was a healthcare equity analyst and led business development for two start-up biotechnology companies. She received her BA from Penn State University and her MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.
Harrison Baker joins the Firm as an Associate on the finance team. Prior to joining InTandem, Harrison was a Senior Audit Assistant at Deloitte & Touche. He is a licensed CPA and holds a Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University.
Noah Teeters joins InTandem Capital as an Associate on the investment team. Prior to joining InTandem, Noah was an Investment Banking Analyst at Cain Brothers where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and strategic and financial advisory for healthcare services companies. He earned a B.S.B.A. with distinction in Finance from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.
Adam Boorstein has been promoted to Vice President in recognition of his outstanding contributions to InTandem’s investment process. In addition to his vital role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities, Adam is a valuable partner to his colleagues and InTandem’s portfolio company leadership teams.
Christopher Latino has been promoted to Director of Finance after demonstrating exceptional financial acumen and strong management of InTandem’s financial team. Chris plays an important role in the Firm’s investment activities, and the Firm is thrilled to recognize his achievements with this promotion.
Joshua Keil has been promoted to Assistant Controller, recognizing his valuable contributions to InTandem’s internal financial processes. Josh is integral to managing the Firm’s financial reporting and analysis, portfolio company valuation, and other finance and accounting matters.
