Our team has spent two decades providing strategic and operating advice to teams of all sizes and tenures. Many members of our firm have held senior executive positions in private equity sponsored businesses and we know that running a private equity sponsored company can be challenging. We roll up our sleeves and work collaboratively alongside the CEO and his/her leadership team identifying opportunities, recognizing risks as they develop, problem-solving and offering solutions.
InTandem primarily targets companies with a starting point between $5MM and $30MM of EBITDA. We will also consider larger opportunities as well as smaller growth equity investments where companies are experiencing rapid growth. InTandem will also partner with other private equity sponsors seeking a strategic or operational catalyst.
