Brad Coppens is a Senior Partner of InTandem Capital. Brad has been identifying, evaluating and executing private equity transactions in the healthcare services sector for nearly 20 years. In support of InTandem’s portfolio companies, Brad brings to bear deep transaction and capital structuring, capital markets, acquisition origination and negotiation experience, as well as broad domain expertise in various healthcare services sectors. The relationship network he has built over those years further serves to broaden the business development capabilities of the InTandem portfolio. Brad has served on numerous public and private company boards of directors throughout his career and is experienced in the development of best-in-class executive compensation, financial reporting, and audit/compliance policies and processes. Brad currently serves on the boards of directors of AdaptHealth (NASDAQ: AHCO), beBright, HouseWorks, OrthoNebraska, Providence Care and Vivo Infusion.
Before joining InTandem, he was a Senior Managing Director at One Equity Partners where he focused principally in the healthcare industry for over 15 years. During that time, from 2012 to 2014, Brad lived in São Paulo, Brazil and led One Equity Partners’ prior investing efforts in the region.
Prior to One Equity Partners, Mr. Coppens worked in the investment banking division of JPMorgan in the mergers and acquisitions group where he focused on healthcare and various other industries. Mr. Coppens is actively involved in a number of non-profit organizations, previously served on the board of The TEAK Fellowship, and is a volunteer firefighter in the State of New York . Mr. Coppens received his B.B.A. from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where he graduated with high distinction.
