Amy Wilson heads portfolio monitoring at InTandem Capital, where she oversees the build-out of the firm’s portfolio reporting infrastructure. She manages a platform that automates data collection, valuations, and reporting, and is developing connectivity between portfolio data and AI technology. Amy works closely with InTandem’s investment team and portfolio companies to collect, analyze, and report financial, operational, and value creation metrics that inform investment decision-making.

Amy brings a diverse background spanning equity research, finance, and business development. Prior to joining InTandem as an operating partner in 2024, she worked as an equity analyst for hedge funds and institutional investors, with a primary focus on the healthcare sector. She has also held finance and business development roles at several early-stage private and public companies.

Amy received her BA with highest distinction in economics and East Asian studies from Penn State University and her MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.
