Todd Squilanti is a Managing Director of InTandem Capital. Todd has been actively investing in healthcare services private equity transactions for over 20 years and brings a vast network of industry contacts that power deal origination and executive recruiting capabilities across the InTandem platform. Leveraging his experience and insights in healthcare services, Todd has led the development of InTandem’s investment theses in various sectors, including home health/homecare, home infusion, fertility treatment, and addiction treatment. In support of InTandem’s portfolio companies, Todd leads the creation of corporate development playbooks for activities such as deal origination, structuring and execution, acquisition integration, and de novo launches. Todd serves on the Board of Turning Point Centers.
Before InTandem, he was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Prodigy Health Group, now a division of Aetna. He was responsible for defining company acquisition strategy, sourcing and negotiating transactions, and integration planning. He and Mr. Cooperstone have completed over 30 transactions together. Mr. Squilanti has spent most of his career investing in the healthcare services, business services, and financial services industries. Earlier, he was a partner at a venture capital fund focused on business services. Before then, he served as Vice President for GE Equity, focused on private equity investments in healthcare and financial services. Mr. Squilanti has an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA from Colgate University.
