NEW YORK, NY, July 9, 2019 – InTandem Capital Partners, LLC (“InTandem Capital”), a healthcare services focused private equity firm, announced today that its affiliated fund, InTandem Capital Partners Fund, L.P., has completed a growth equity investment facilitating the combination of Nebraska Oral and Facial Surgery, Omaha Oral Surgery and Advanced Oral Surgery – fast growing oral and maxillofacial service providers with offices located in Nebraska and Minnesota.
The partnership with InTandem will provide the three entities with strategic, acquisition and operating expertise to support the company’s continued growth.
